    Saying “I Do” entails a lot of preparations and that includes a pre-wedding diet plan.
    There are times when you can’t help but get frustrated when needs are not met so you binge out and load up with all your favorite dishes to satisfy yourself. Once done, you regret doing the move. What do you do now? Stay focused and be positive. Get up and hit the gym. Ride a bicycle or jog around the neighborhood. It will not only make you feel good, it will help you think things out.
