Thank you for the sober-minded opinion. Me & my neighbour were preparing to do some examination about that. We got a great book on that matter from our local library and many books are less cognitive as your blog. I am exited to detect such information that I have been searching for a long time. :)

There are other studies as well. One book called the China Study by Colin T. Campbell discusses the differences between animal-based protein and plant-based protein consumption and their affects on the body. So dairy intake may or may not increase the risk of breast cancer specifically, but it can certainly increase the risk of prostate cancer, Type 1 diabetes and MS according to the China Study. A study by the Cancer Project (http://www.cancerproject.org/survival/cancer_facts/prostate_dairy.php)lists their studies for dairy consumption and prostate cancer. Red meat and heart disease are also related to each other according to the Framingham Health Study. In general, consuming a plant-based diet and refraining from animal-based food products may just be the key to better overall health.
