I know this sounds crazy but studies have shown that the Foods we eat cause the body to have a yin yang effect. So what you put into the body is what you get out of it which results in bad sleeping patterns.

You may want to have a sleep study done which many resulting in you needing a C pap machine. Also i would recommend you take the Organic Food Challenge

For someone who has trouble staying awake longer than a few hours regardless of the number of hours I sleep, this is very interesting news. Is the diagnosis now made based on clinical findings and a low level of hypocretin? And what of treatment? How does amphetamine and related drugs work in correcting this and can Narcolepsy be treated other ways? Thanks for any insight into this.
