I have had problems with sleep for several years. I am 85 years old and take Lunesta, 1/2 dyserel, go to bed from ( pm to 10 pm, and usually awake from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 am. and cannot get back to sleep. I have been to a sleep clinic and during that night, I slept well. I cannot take Ambien due to side effects. I excercize during the day, but have COPD which shortens time of execize. Recommendations?
