I totally agree with the 6 points of empowering yourself in a hospital... One point I do believe should be mentioned..keep most of the family away from you when in hospital especially children..they will see you when you get out, but if they do come to see you minimize the number and make sure they wash their hands and limit kissing and hugging..you know you love each other!!
